On May 8 we were delighted to have gardener and artist Robyn Hofland who gave a wonderful presentation on impressionistic artist Claude Monet. Entitled Monet--The Artist, His Art and his Gardens, Robyn gave an overview of Monet's life and art and how it culminated in his many gardens later in life. With beautiful slides and interesting anecdotes, it was a wonderful talk. The club enjoyed it very much and look forward to having Robyn return again in the future.
